It's FINALLY OPERATIONAL!
We just finished the installation of our 15 barrel, state of the art, full production brew system. Because it took nearly forever and a day to get here, get installed, and get online, we lovingly named it Murphy (for a few reasons: primarily because whatever could've gone wrong between February 2015 when we opened to May 2017 when we finally began brewing - well, it went wrong). Persistence, GrassHoppers...persistence makes all the difference.
However, we now use this steam-fired system from Premier Stainless to brew our core styles, making sure we'll always have them on tap for you in our tasting room and at your favorite bar/restaurant soon!
Fun Fact: At full capacity, we're fermenting/carbonating more than 5,000 gallons of GrassLands beer!
